Imaginators’ Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The safety and well-being of our people and customers is our number one priority. We have been monitoring the situation globally to be able to adapt any of our processes as needed as the situation continues to evolve. Given how the situation has developed over this past week, we have taken extra actions to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our people.

Effect on Imaginators Website and Services

  • Imaginators website & presentation software are and will always be working as normal without any disadvantage to the quality of the service.
  • All our customer support channels will keep working as normal, including Email Support and Live Chat. However, the response time might be higher than usual as we are not operating full power.
  • We are suspending product preview meetings and demo requests.

Effect on Cairo office and the taken actions

  • Our Cairo office will remain open and accessible 24/7 to our team members as usual. However, we strongly advise all our team members to work remotely from home.
  • All office activities are suspended, including training.
  • All meetings are cancelled, including team meetings, weekly meetings and interviews. This excludes online meetings.
  • Any scheduled appointments are cancelled. Excluding online appointments and phone calls.
  • We are no longer issuing permissions for external visitors to access our office or the campus.
  • Suspending all our internships and all its activities.
  • Making sure that the office gets cleaned and sanitised more frequently.

Actions taken by The Greek Campus:

  • Sanitizing the automated gates, bathrooms, elevators and door handles every 2 hours.
  • Postponing all events and gatherings.

Effect on London office and the taken actions

  • All our London office activities are suspended.
  • Neither our team members or external visitors are allowed to access the office space.
  • All scheduled appointments are cancelled. Excluding online appointments.
  • You can reach our UK team only via Live Chat or email. The only active emails are contact@imginators.co.uk for general communication purposes and support@imginators.co.uk for customer support.

Actions taken by Google Campus:

  • Startup Cafe campus closure.
  • Suspending all events.

Please keep an eye on the government and public health advice on how to keep yourself safe. Refer to care.gov.eg for advice in Egypt or nhs.uk for advice in the United Kingdom.
